Gel Print Demos

Did this sorta chrysanthemum as a technique demonstration.  Showing painting directly onto the gelatin plate.

 This was a pretty simple design, but what doesn't quite translate in the image is the awesome mossy texture of the print.  It worked really well.

This was the ghost print of the above.  I had a blue undercoat, which I think added to the mossy texture of the first print.

Pretty little Boat Maid

Gelatin print from Saturday Art Special.  This was based on going to Miller Outdoor Theater to see Taiko Drums.  They did a dance piece with a boat lady and a thunder god (with horn on head).  It was pretty funny.
